Over the past year or two i have been doing more and more research on clean eating and what benefits it has for our bodies. It is amazing the things i have found! I am not a doctor, I am not a certified nutritionist (but hope to be someday), I am just a regular everyday gal who wants to put only the healthiest, most natural foods into my body. I am having fun sharing all of my findings with those closest to me but i figure why not start uploading it to my blog.
I am known as the "granola girl" to most of you which is awesome! I hope that this will be a regular blog that you all come and check out to watch new clean recipes I am always trying, as well as workouts that I do daily and hopefully we can all just have some fun with it!
