Well, we have officially been starting to get the Granola Girls out there. We've completed our first couple of orders and everything has been a success and we have been getting some amazing feedback. We did a soft launch of the website and we are hoping to go strong next week. We have also been making progress with the product accessories. We are going to be purchasing boxes and labels for orders and some more marketing material... my specialty ;)

Aside from regular orders, the Granola Girls will have a table at the Kredl's Christmas Craft Festival on November 28th and 29th in Hampton. We welcome you all to come out and support us. We will also be teaming up with Jennifer Yeomans on November 28th where she will be selling her specialty cookies with us at the Festival.

The Granola Girls will also be attending a few things this month we wanted to announce. A lunch and learn with Enterprise Saint John called The Business Timeline: Steps for taking your business from idea to reality.

Another great workshop that will be held Monday, November 23rd at 7pm by Shaklee representative Diane Richardson. The topic this month is "Allergies, Asthma, and Household Cleaners." These workshops are a great way to learn about natural living and using vitamins to acheive a healthy lifestyle. We welcome anyone to come to this event!! It is held at the Kennebacasis Funeral Home at 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis.

"This is the only step in the digestive journey over which we have conscious control. You can help your body out by using your teeth for the purpose they were intended (chew chew chew) and properly prepare your food for your stomach, or, you can start your stomach off at a big disadvantage from the beginning by sending down big chunks of food that will never be fully processed and will, therefore cause numerous problems."
- The Journey of Food, Why Do I feel this Way by Christine Gaber and Charlene Day.
